May is Mental Health Awareness Month in the United States. As someone with anxiety, ending the stigma that surrounds mental health has always been important to me. I’ve come across a few books that normalize mental health or could be comforting to those who may be struggling themselves.
Please be aware that some of these books contain elements of anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts, and may not be good for those who aren’t in the right state of mind to read them. As always, make sure to take care of yourself! ❤️
